'1000 Generational Blessing'
From Numbers 6:24-26 and Deuteronomy 7:9: 6th Century Roman Half-uncial executed on 18” x 24” Strathmore paper (characteristically reminiscent of having qualities similar to a sheep skin used for lettering the ancient writs in the early centuries after the Savior’s death and Resurrection). Done in alabaster, crimson, forest green, gold, grass green, sepia and various shades of white India inks and acrylic paint. The Right Side of the piece illustrates Pomegranates, the meaning of which is Resurrection. The Pomegranate quarters have visible arils (seeds) representing the ‘seeds of the Gospel’ covered by the ‘Blood of Jesus’ going through the designated family’s line. Will letter YOUR family name in crimson and gold for you on an 11″ x 14″ print on Moab Paper made from 100% Cotton Rags … the blank before the crimson word ‘family,’ 2nd line for the 1000 generational blessing, if Jesus tarries, according to Deuteronomy 7:9. Contact me, if that’s your choice. The piece is slightly raised on a thin foam board, lying on a black suede mat as an antiquity piece would be shown, encased by a mildly ornate frame – 22” x 28” – to accent the writ’s subtleties with Museum Glass covering.
