‘King of Glory’
From Psalm 2:6, Psalm 24:7 and Isaiah 2:23: 6th Century Roman Half-uncial executed on 18” x 24” Strathmore paper (characteristically reminiscent of having qualities similar to a sheep skin used for lettering the ancient writs in the early centuries after the Savior’s death and Resurrection). Done in gold, royal purple, and sepia India inks. The piece is double-matted in gold and black, encased by a simple 1.5” black wooden frame – 22” x 28” – inorder to accent the writ’s subtleties with Museum Glass covering.
