‘Roots of The Window Box’

The origin of  ‘Roots of The Window Box’ is the first prayer Jeanine’s Mom taught her about 75 years ago:

“Jesus, meek and humble of heart, make my heart like unto Thine.”
Jeanine Fons Siebold loves Jesus. First and foremost, everything she does filters through this as Mom, Grandma, Great Grandma, friend and neighbor. She is a 60-year veteran educator, dating back to taking the bus to her first assignment, a Vacation Bible School. At 18 somehow God smote her with His love for children that became a call, ‘to teach is to touch a life forever!’ Since then, she’s taught every grade, K – Grad School. When people ask, “What is your favorite?” She responds, “Wherever God had me at the time! Living life never exempts one from heartache. She’s had her share, but for God’s grace and mercy!

“Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides. You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors. So don’t try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work, so you become mature and well developed, not deficient in any way.” James 1: 2-4 (The Message Translation)

God gave her a creative gift seen from the time she was little. She received her training in the classical expression of Fine Arts at Mount Mary University, attending the Universities of Wisconsin and Iowa Fine Arts Departments, too. She put her art work down 50 years ago after having Gallery sponsorship in Boston – Cambridge – Harvard Yard. Family and life took precedent.

Not long ago The Lord surprised her and resurrected it! It has manifested in a liturgical expression of the ancient writs used by the Essenes, early monks, and Doctors of The Church to preserve the Scriptures before the printing press. Some of her focus includes the decorative Roman 6th Century and early 12th Century Gothic. She presents in Hebrew, as well. Jeanine is a member of the Arts Council of Williamson County, Tennessee.

The origin of ‘Roots of The Window Box’ is a favorite prayer her Mom taught her, “Jesus, meek and humble of heart, make my heart like unto Thine!”

She hopes you enjoy her art work, but wants you to know,

YOU ARE GOD’S HANDIWORK, HIS MASTERPIECE! HE LOVES YOU!

Feel free to contact her regarding anything on this site, or if you sense a connection and want or need prayer, she’d be honored to communicate with and/or pray for you:
